SKH Kindergarten Redevelopment Plan

The new campus of the Sheng Kung Hui Kindergarten located in Mount Butler is currently under construction. This will be a green and eco-friendly campus with comprehensive facilities that can inspire children to learn and develop their potential in diverse ways. It is expected to formally commence services in September 2026.

The campus building is four stories high and covers an area of 4,292 square meters. In addition to multiple classrooms and diverse activity rooms, the brand-new play areas and exploration zones will allow children to learn effortlessly through sensory experiences, enjoy the learning process, and develop a love for learning.

Apart from aiming to attain the BEAM Plus Gold certification, the new campus building is also pursuing the WELL Building Standard Gold certification. The design, construction, and operation of the campus have integrated the concepts of “human-centered” and “sustainable development”. This includes regular testing and evaluation of factors such as air, water, nutrition, light, materials, activity, and sound levels, in order to comprehensively care for the physical and mental well-being of students, staff and stakeholders.
